This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is centrally located in the Harvey Park neighborhood of Denver right on the edge of Englewood and Lakewood. You’ll have easy access to the mountains, downtown, Red Rocks, and so much more!

This home is perfect for a vacation, a working trip, or long-term stay.

This unit is an upper level 3 bed/1 bath home that is part of a duplex. The owners live in the lower level. The only shared space is the backyard. We have installed your own washer and dryer in unit, your own full kitchen, and separate entrances.

You will walk into a large living room with an open concept kitchen. The living room features a beautiful bay window and artwork that reflects the city of Denver.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub and also the location of the washer and dryer.

Dining Area: We have added a wonderful table that sits nicely in the corner as a bookshelf when unused and expands to seat 6 people comfortably.

The space is also equipped with 1gb internet speeds in case you need to work from home!!

Guests have access to the entire top unit and the backyard. The guests are asked to park on the street which is free and plentiful.

The guests are asked to not access the garage.

We are available 24/7 but will be hands off during your stay.

The neighborhood is a quiet and family oriented. There are parks within walking distance as well as many restaurants.

Uber and Lyft are always simple.
There are many RTD bus stops within walking distance from the house.

There is a wood burning smoker in the backyard that you are welcome to use. It requires Traeger pellets.

The owners also have a German Shepherd that is very friendly and may be utilizing the yard. He is playful and loves all people.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
